Everything Near Pace does, and what it deliberately does not.
Straight to the questions Why Us
Getting started
The shortest path from an empty account to a plan you would actually follow.
- Your first week Start with one goal, break it into three or four checkpoints, and put two tasks in front of you for this week. That is the whole system.
- The dashboard and your score The dashboard is today: what is due, what is in progress, which habits are still open, and anything a colleague has assigned you.
Goals, tasks and habits
The core of the app, and how the three layers fit together.
- Goals and milestones A goal is the outcome. Milestones are the checkpoints on the way. Progress is calculated from the milestones you have ticked, never entered by hand.
- Tasks, priorities and repeats Tasks are the doing. They can stand alone or hang off a goal, and they can repeat.
- Habits Habits measure consistency against a weekly target you set, not an unbroken streak.
- Notes and the journal Somewhere for the things that are not tasks yet.
- Reviews What moved, what slipped, what is coming - weekly, monthly and annually.
Finding things
Once you have a few months of material in here.
- Search Searches your goals, tasks, habits and notes at once, and matches the start of words so it works while you are still typing.
- Tags Your own labels, across all four kinds of item.
- The archive Deleting anything puts it here for 30 days first.
- Trends Throughput week by week, which days you actually finish things, habit consistency over three months, and how long goals take. Pro
Working with other people
Workspaces, shared goals, and exactly what other people can see.
Bringing things in and out
Your calendar, your existing tasks, and getting your data back.
- Calendar Connect Google or Outlook read-only, so the day view reckons with the meetings you already have. Pro
- Importing from another tool Bring tasks over from Todoist, Asana, or any spreadsheet that exports CSV. Pro
- Getting your data out One button produces a JSON file with everything on your account. No request, no waiting, no support ticket.
AI
What it does, what it sends, and how to turn it off.
Your account
Security, appearance, plans and leaving.
- Passwords, two-factor and devices Turn on two-factor authentication, and see every device your account is signed in on.
- Appearance and accessibility Theme, text size, reduced motion, tooltips and interface language.
- Plans, referrals and billing What each plan includes, and how cancelling works.
- Privacy and what we can see The short version: we cannot read your goals, tasks, habits or notes from the administration side, and there is a test that proves it.
