One button produces a JSON file with everything on your account. No request, no waiting, no support ticket.
The export covers every category described in the Privacy Policy. It never includes your password, which is stored one-way and cannot be read by anyone here.
Being easy to leave is a fair thing to advertise when you are also easy to join.

Can I import that file back later?
Not as-is yet. The importer reads CSV. Re-importing a full export is a reasonable thing to want and is not built.
