Workspaces and sharing
A workspace lets a small team plan against the same goals. Sharing is per goal and always deliberate.

Joining a workspace shares nothing on its own. A goal becomes visible to your team only when you share that specific goal.
Everyone in a workspace can work inside a shared goal - add milestones, tick things off, add tasks. Only the person who created the goal, or a workspace owner or admin, can archive it or take it back out of the workspace.
If somebody leaves or is removed, the goals they shared become private again. Nobody loses work; they simply stop seeing each other.

What exactly can my colleagues see?
Goals you have shared, their milestones, and the tasks under them. That is the entire list.

What can they never see?
Your notes, your journal, your habits and check-ins, your weekly reviews, your score, and every goal you have not shared.

How do invitations work?
You create an invitation and get a link. We do not send the email for you, so you pass it on however you normally would. The link works once, and only for the address it was created for - somebody else who sees it cannot use it.

Can I be in two workspaces?
No. One at a time. Leave the first before joining another.
