Questions

What happens to my data if I go back to the free plan?

Nothing is deleted. Goals beyond the free limit become read-only rather than disappearing.
How do I delete my account entirely?

From the bottom of the Account settings page. On a paid plan you can choose to keep access until your renewal date and have everything deleted then; on the free plan it happens immediately.
Do you ask why I am cancelling?

Once, optionally, and you can skip it. Only counts by reason are ever looked at internally - never your name against an answer.
