Deleting anything puts it here for 30 days first.
Restoring a goal brings its milestones and tasks back with it. Anything you had deleted separately beforehand stays deleted, which is almost always what you meant.
Deleting your whole account is different, and deliberately so: that erases everything immediately, with no shadow copy waiting around.

Can I get something back after 30 days?
No. After the window it is deleted for real, including from backups on their own schedule. If you are unsure, restore it now and delete it again later.
