Journal entries are the most private thing in the app. They are never shared with a workspace, and they are only ever sent to an AI provider if you explicitly ask for a reflection on one and have AI switched on.

Can anyone in my workspace read my notes?
No. Notes and journal entries are never shared, under any setting. Only goals you deliberately share are visible to a workspace.
